Rogers Associates is highly vertically integrated with the capabilities needed to design and manufacture equipment in house. These include a design and engineering center, tool room, weld shop, assembly bays, paint shop, sand blast facility, coating facility, machine shop and electrical and plumbing shops. The engineering staff includes mechanical engineers as well as controls engineers expert in designing electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic control systems. Our engineers work closely with our machine builders and toolmakers during the design phase of the project to ensure the machine is easy to service and maintain through its life. Our fabrication department has the expertise and capacity to handle the smallest precision components to the largest casting or weldment. The toolmakers in our shop are trained in a four-year state-certified apprenticeship program, ensuring their knowledge and expertise to produce quality machine components.
