Rogers Associates is...
Rogers Associates is highly vertically integrated
with the capabilities needed to design and manufacture
equipment and complex assemblies and components in house. These include a design and engineering
center, tool room, weld shop, assembly bays, paint shop,
sand blast facility, coating facility, machine shop
and electrical and plumbing shops. The engineering staff
includes mechanical engineers as well as controls engineers
expert in designing electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic
control systems. Our engineers work closely with our
machine builders and toolmakers during the design phase
of the project to ensure the machine is easy to service
and maintain through its life. Our fabrication department
has the expertise and capacity to handle the smallest
precision components to the largest casting or weldment.
The toolmakers in our shop are trained in a four-year
state-certified apprenticeship program, ensuring their
knowledge and expertise to produce quality machine components.

pneumatic and control systems into one complete turnkey manufacturing system.
We have the expertise and capabilities in-house to manufacture a tremendous variety of complex components ranging from miniature precision machined components to large structural spacecraft components. In-house capabilities include aerospace quality welding, fabrication, sheet metal shop, machine shops with capabilities from miniature precision to components weighing 10 tons and measuring 25 ft. long, functional test labs, paint and coating shop, and precision assembly. We routinely create new manufacturing processes for unique applications that do not fit into standard state of the industry processes.
